Concord's Neighborhood Network (formerly Concord Citizens Y2K) now has over 110 Neighborhood Contacts throughout town. We calculate this as being over 90% coverage!

While the enormous and enthusiastic response is cause for celebration, there are still about 15 neighborhoods (listed below) which are not yet covered.
