Patriots' Day, 2008

beautiful flag girls by fred van dusenThis year, the 233rd Patriots' Day will be celebrated on Monday, April 21st by the Towns of Concord and Lexington, and on Saturday, April 19 by other groups. However, there are lots of other related events during most of the month of April.

Since the events of April 19, 1775 took place over the span of several towns, we have included some events in communities outside of Concord. While this list is not exhaustive, we have tried to hit some of the local highlights.

Thank you to the Minute Man National Historical Park and the Concord Public Celebrations and Ceremonies Committee for the following information.
